**Review of Kings Inn**
I recently booked a stay at Kings Inn through Expedia, choosing a pet-friendly option. Upon checking in, my small chiweenne dog accompanied me as I moved back and forth to my car. To my surprise, a security guard approached me and accused me of attempting to hide my dog. He informed my sons and me that we had just 15 minutes to leave the property, threatening to call the authorities if we didn’t comply.
As someone who frequently travels with my sons for outreach efforts, I felt unjustly treated for what I believed was a simple oversight. The situation escalated in a humiliating manner while I was interacting with other guests.
Customer service should prioritize empathy and understanding, especially in situations where guests might make mistakes. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I believe the security guard's behavior was unacceptable and should be addressed by management.
I hope my experience can lead to improvements in how guests are treated and encourage staff to handle situations with greater care and respect.
