3 star room 5 star price

The hotel is rated five stars and while I will say that the lobby area and restaurants look incredible, the rooms themselves are 3 star at best. Bathroom fixtures are all dated, worn and poorly maintained. The room itself was ok but the ac blew hot air and the window was taped(?) shut. It wasn’t an issue the night we checked in. But it was unbearable once the sun rose on our side of the hotel. We checked out early and ate off property. I don’t think the hotel is worth the price for the quality of my room. (Which was billed as a “premium” room”)

We stayed there on NYE. We're locals, but it was nice to get away. The room was clean and quiet, and we had a great view. The line to check in was the only negative we experienced, but it was NYE, so that's understandable. We were greeted with a smile when it was our turn and helped promptly and efficiently.

This was our second stay at the hotel with our two small kids, and it was fantastic! The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the lobby is spacious. We love Seaport Village right below the hotel, which has great coffee, food, and a Ben & Jerry's. It’s a perfect location for families, allowing kids to play while parents relax and explore. We would definitely return! Note: Parking at the resort is pricey, so consider street parking, which is free after 8 PM and has a small fee before then.
