The room smelled dirty and moldy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no turn down service, so we couldn’t get clean towels. House keeping was only there for 4 hours a day, so had a hard time getting extra towels. We got 2nd floor room and people above us were jumping and running around. We thought the ceiling was going to collapse on us. Called front desk and all they said they can do is call the room, but it didn’t help. They still kept running and jumping into late hours of the night. Would never stay here again.

Definitely has mold and smells like cigarette smoke. Rooms are very dirty as well. Parking isn’t actually free. Definitely would rather sleep in my car then sleep in this hotel again.

We (my two children, niece, and sister ) checked in super late around 11, I didn’t get the room I ordered they gave it away and then said they upgraded me to a room that smelled awful and stuffy, we went to bed left around 12 packed our bags zipped them put the do not disturb sign on when we came back the door was open the do not disturb sign was on the ground our bags were open and my sister iPhone was stolen I went o the front desk (with my phone recording) and she immediately said I was telling but I have everything on film and basically she denied anyone stealing anything but the iPhone was sitting on the counter horrible place to stay I wouldn’t stay at this place if my life depended on it I’d rather sleep in my car Not to mention they don’t even do room service until the third day so no one should’ve even been in my room as I was only staying two night This place takes no accountability for their employees nor is there any accommodations it’s a motel 6 with a different name.

BEWARE, the pictures are deceiving!
The property is very run down. The outlet in the bathroom next to the sink did not work. Was not able to plug in hairdryer. Had to dry my hair in the kitchen area. I went to the front desk to request that it be repaired and was told that they would send someone up from maintenance. Still at 4pm no one had been there so I called down again and Raymond from maintenance check that power was going to the outlet but nothing worked when plugged into it. He suggested that I use the outlet under the sink area but that it didn't have a GFI and would not be good if it got wet. A real liability issue if anyone were to be electricuted. Also, it was unsafe an uncomfortable as a woman traveling with my 12 year old daughter to be next to an Immigration Hotel. There were 4 tour bus loads of illegal immigrants hanging around the hotel property at all hours. We felt unsafe going to and from our car in the underground parking lot. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The woman at check in was rude and snapped at me that check in was not until 3 and that we still had another hour when we arrived at 2. We had to leave and return after 3 to access our room. Will not stay at this hotel again.

There are a lot of sketchy, scary residents, living long-term at this hotel. Sitting at the pool and drinking in the middle of the weekday. Felt very unsafe, and it was very dirty and uncomfortable.

I reported a cockroach in my room , and the hotel was too busy to provide me with a new room. I left the manager a message with the receptionist and never heard back. They never provided any solution to the problem, very very disappointed.
