LOCATION!! VIEWS!! NEWLY REMODELED!!

Our lavish studio apartment is newly remodeled and perfectly located at the cross section of everything that is fun in San Diego. It has breathless views of San Diego Bay and is a short walk (8 minutes, .4 miles) to Middletown trolley station providing quick access to convention center, airport, downtown, Balboa Park, Sea World, Zoo, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, Mexico Border and all the other fun happenings in San Diego.

Our studio includes a quenn bed with an ultra comfy memory foam mattress, as well as a couch that pulls into a bed (54" wide). It's perfect for one couple or two couples on a budget and/or a family of three or four people. ALL the furniture and appliances are brand new, as well as all flooring, tile, and granite countertops.

We provide FREE internet and FREE YouTube TV via ROKU. If you're not familiar with YouTube TV it's like cable but an online streaming service that lets you stream live & local sports, news, shows from 70+ channels including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, HGTV, TNT, and more.

GETTING AROUND
The studio is on a peaceful street in a great neighborhood, yet just 5 minutes to the heart of downtown and all the action, you couldn't stay in a more ideal location. You can walk to many of San Diego's top attractions, and drive to the rest in just 10-15 minutes!

The house is conveniently located 2 short blocks (over the bridge) to the Middleton Trolley Stop (Green Line) which gives quick access to convention center, downtown, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, and Mexico Border. We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer.

LOCATION
Our home is located in the best neighborhood in San Diego, offering great proximity to most attractions and fantastic views. While our properties feature high quality, acoustically rated windows and doors, our central location means you will may occasionally hear the sounds of the city including planes that take off between the hours of 6:30 am and 10:30 pm. If you are very sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the downtown San Diego area may not be the right choice.

Close to everything we needed

Despite the freeway and the airport close by, inside was very quiet and peaceful. We loved being 2 minutes away from the car rental return and close to the airport. We had early flights and it was a blessing. Great communication from the owners. Cute, affordable and close to everything we needed. Thank you again for allowing us to stay .

Super Convenient perfect location

Overall it was superb. Only thing was the unit was dusty. Light fixtures etc. However, the owner/property manager was so involved, provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Great location, on and off the freeway, next to the airport and car rental. 10/10 recommend.

Good but not that great.

Great location, parking is not that great. Mattress need to be change since you get sunken in the middle of it. Seems like it turns into a v shaped. Close to the airport, many restaurants and tourists areas. Airplane noise is not that bad. TV got disconnected from the wireless connection and I wasn’t able to get it reconnected even with instructions from the host. Our 3 month old daughter slept well in the sofa bed. Checkout is at 10am so plan accordingly.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well prepared, and provided everything we needed for our visit. Some restaurants are walkable and downtown was a short drive away. We enjoyed the view and watching the planes take off and land, and it was still quiet. The hosts made themselves available before we even checked in. I loved that the kitchen was well-equipped; it even had ziplock bags, which were very convenient. The only thing missing was a bathroom deodorizer. I suggest they attend to guests' needs through WhatsApp, which would be easier for foreign visitors. Overall, I would recommend it. We were a group of three, and it was perfect for our five-day vacation.

Mixed thoughts

Truthfully the place was wonderful. But, the Murphy bed felt comfortable at first, but every night my back would get more and more stiff the next morning. By the end of the 5th night it was pretty out of alignment. This is the only reason I will not be back. I had a marathon to run after the 3rd night and my back was a mess. If I had any suggestions at all it would be to put a real bed in there, the Murphy bed never got put away so why not just get a real bed. On a smaller note, there is no dish washer and they had no sponges either to hand wash.

Great place!

Very nice. Owners thought of everything we might have needed. If you have mobility issues this wouldn’t be the place. Stairs to get in. Loved the view and didn’t hear much from outside as they have great windows. You will be very happy here.

Great place, very clean, great views, 15 min or less to most of thes, but less than comfortable bed.

My only complaint with this was the bed. It was a murphy bed, which is almost always going to be less than ideal. It was doable for a weekend getaway, but at 6 ft tall, the matress was about the same length as me, and the support bars underneath could be felt through (i'm 180 lbs, so not too heavy) If anything could be improved, it is only the mattress, but then you would be trading off open space that the murphy allows if you wanted a little more open area while not sleeping. Most of our time was spent out seeing places in San Diego though, to the bed never even got put away.

Immaculate spacious studio, centrally located!

We were absolutely delighted by our stay in this perfect gem of a studio! It was squeaky clean—-and I am picky—I was really impressed. We were able to get to the beach, downtown, La Jolla in minutes. Wives getaway

A friend and I took advantage of three days in beautiful San Diego while leaving our husbands at home in Tucson.The location of this stay was perfect. We were always 15 minutes to wherever we wanted to go… paddle boarding, snorkeling, restaurants, Seaport Village, etc. This stay had everything we needed and they added a few surprises. Very comfortable :)

Overall good place to stay. Clean, stocked, city views, close to plenty, and kind management. I'd recommend more for adults/couples than anyone with kids (it was myself and 2 kiddos), but did the trick for a reasonable price for sure.

Conveniently Located !

The house is conveniently located to the airport, car rental center, Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter, Coronado Island, Balboa Park and a short drive to La Jolla. It was well stocked with everything you would need. Easy checkin and checkout process. It was a great weekend getaway stay for my husband and I.
