From check in to departure everything was top notch. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and received a surprise bottle of sparkling wine with a nice note from the hotel ambassador and bellhop (not sure of the appropriate title) who were both wonderful! Recommend highly!

Good Hotel but needs sound proof windows
The hotel is in a nice location near Gaslamp district. Walking distance to shops restaurants, marina and downtown area. One minor issue is the windows are not sound proof. We were on 5th floor and could hear the cars and the train passing by. Higher floors may be more quiet but the windows should be sound proof.
