This gorgeously remodeled one bedroom home is conveniently located within historic University Heights. - a quick drive to the major attractions of San Diego and mere steps to plenty of shops and restaurants right outside your front door. Located in the heart of University Heights, guests have the entire top floor of a two story building. There is a covered balcony off the back of the unit for the guests private use.

The bedroom boasts a king size bed and there is an additional queen bed in the fold out couch in living room.

University Heights is adjacent to both Hillcrest and Normal Heights. Its central location means that Downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Valley, San Diego State University and the San Diego Airport are all within a few minutes drive.

The area is brimming with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, artist’s studios and live entertainment, primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue.

University Heights is a tight-knit compact central-community that has everything nearby within walking distance and is known for being pedestrian friendly.

Commute time to anywhere in San Diego is about 20 minutes via Uber or Lyft and there are two available parking spaces for guests.

This unit is on the top floor of a two story building and requires the use of stairs for access. The ground floor unit is also available for booking and is called the Casa Nova.
