It was a nice hotel in total, great area to go walking as long as you want to and eat of course. The only downside to my stay was the fact that you could hear people's beds in rooms around you, which was funny to hear but I haven't experienced that in the past at any hotel.

This hotel is underwhelming compared to a holiday inn at best. The room didn’t feel clean. They did not offer house keeping, and we had to request new towels. If i wasn’t in town for only two days i would have probably switched to a different hotel but as i wasn’t planning to spend too much time in the room i let it go. The floors were black and the ac unit in the room had mold/ dust galore

The bed sheets were turned inside out, there was no blanket, no TV except for paid channels that you had to use your login to watch. The shower was wet when I got into the room. Horrible experience and I won't be going back.

Stay was solid, only thing that was slightly bothersome was the deposit amount. 250$ i felt it was a lot, yes you get it back regardless but most hotels charge around 100$-150$ or maybe im not up to date with hotel lrices now but jeez. Lastly the room was clean like usual but unfortunately when getting ready for bed upon raising the sheets there was a small animal dropping. Not a big deal for us but i suggest checking rooms now for possible animal/rodents so it doesnt get out of hand, just thought it was wierd. Staff was friendly and location was quiet and had a good night sleep. Thank you for the stay andbtreating us well.

The hotel was in little italy, great restaurants near by. Unfortunately the pictures from Expedia of the hotel were not what up to date. The room was very old and the shower head had very little water coming out.

Images provided prior to booking were deceiving. While the room appeared to have been cleaned, there was almost no lighting along ground floor corridors. The room I was assigned (which was directly facing the parking area) had no deadbolt or lock in the handle at all, just the bar lock which felt unsafe and strange for a ground floor room. There was no internet or wifi provided and no cell phone service in the room. Additionally, there was mold and a hole in the floor in the bathroom. I left within 30 mins and cancelled my 2nd nights’ reservation.
