Our first room was not nice at all. Dirty floors, dirty walls, chipping paint on baseboards, wallpaper curling off of the wall. Our first night we were so tired we just went to bed. We switched rooms but were charged $80/day for the change. The second room was much nicer and clean.

Unfortunately, the fitness facility was not available and that was a primary reason that I booked with the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. Lilly from the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. And my husband and I loved loved loved the view of the bay. This will be our go to hotel from now on. We even signed up for your points program. Thank you for a wonderful trip - it made our anniversary truly wonderful.

Was “upgraded” to room that was supposedly better and newly renovated which ended up overlooking parking lot which was unacceptable. They then told me they would have to charge additional to upgrade me again. We were already paying WAY more for the room compared to others in our party. Then the front desk said we paid for a better room so moved us to the rooms that weren’t renovated. SO much nonsense and deceiving check-in process which also wasted a fair amount of time feeling jerked around!

I loved the appearance and cleanliness of both inside and outside of this hotel. Staff, especially at the restaurants and the little coffee shop, were very friendly and courteous. The hotel, I feel, could improve in a few ways. The little coffee shop was only open till 4 pm, and after that, there was nowhere in the hotel to get coffee/tea/snack or even buy souvenirs. A snack/coffee and souvenir shop is definately needed at this hotel. Not everyone is an alcohol drinker. The water pressure in the shower was disappointing and made it hard to have a decent shower. The shower head leaked continuously onto the bathroom floor, even with us trying to ensure the curtains were closed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially having the freedom to sit anywhere in the comfortable lobby, which felt like home.

Attention, si la chambre est située dans la bay tower, cet hôtel n'aura de Sheraton que le nom ! Pour le reste, attendez-vous à une expérience de motel bas de gamme (meubles dépareillés, salle de bain désuète avec traces de moisissures, mauvaise insonorisation, etc,). Très décevant pour le.prix de la chambre, sans compter le stationnement à 50 $, sachant qu'il n'y a aucune option gratuite à proximité... Bref, il y a certainement mieux parmi l'offre d'hôtels à San Diego... à eviter.

Poor Experience
We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Our check in time was 4 when trying to check in around 430, we were told check in started at 4 but a room wasn’t guaranteed at that time. We were not notified our room was ready until we were waiting about an hour and a half and decided to check in with the concierge. My husband and I had dinner reservations and I had to do my makeup in the lobby bathroom. Also had to call a few times to guest services before they answered due to us not having body wash in room. Not what we expected for what we paid at all.
