It used to be nice
Once we arrived at the hotel, it was stated we were not able to park at the valet because our truck wouldn’t fit. We were directed to park “around the corner” and self-park. Which we didn’t mind. However there were no signs to indicate where to park. We entered a parking structure and everything 3+levels everything was reserved. It was difficult to find parking and to enter that parking structure. Front desk Customer service was not very helpful and not friendly. Walking down the hallway when we first go to our room we saw lots of bags outside the hallway, I’m not sure if it was trash but they were there a whole day and it just made the facility not look clean.

Everything was perfect. The staff was lovely. My small issues would be that the rooms aren't soundproof. (you can easily hear the tvs in the room right next to yours)

I had a friend visiting and we stayed at The Bristol to catch a ball game and enjoy the city. It was a great stay, conveniently located, clean and comfortable.

the pillows in our room were full of hair like if they just flipped the pillow cases, whennthey changed us rooms it was the same things. The young lady in the front was trying to tell us the only way to park there was valet, and the valet man told us that there was another option to park it ourselves. Very weird. Not staying here ever again. Not recommending it to anyone either.

Easy stay for a one night stay wouldn’t recommend for longer stay. Staff is not approachable , customer service is alright.
