The water in our bathroom, which was a junior suite came out slow and very little. Brushing teeth, forget about washing your face what they don’t tell you. Is that there is a $57 valet fee per day. And if you want to park the car yourself it’s $25 across the. You have to pay $25 every time you come in and out. I tried to order room service and no one answered and I gave up after 30 minutes Sunday night. There were no sheets or extra blankets in the room for the pullout couch. It took service over an hour to just bring me half dried sheets and some pillowcases, no blankets or pillow.

I locked myself out of my room. I went down to the receptionist, she asked for my ID, when I looked at her (because it was in the room), she said you know what, I remember you from yesterday. That was so awesome out of all the people she deals with, kudos to her. Awesome job.

Great hotel with a friendly staff. Right downtown which makes it convenient. Very clean, soft beds in large rooms. I will stay here again without hesitation.

This is my first stay in a Westin in a few years. I was there for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and common areas were clean and stylish. My room was missing wash cloths when I checked in. They promptly brought me some. The room was clean and comfortable. The Heavenly bed is still very plush. Housekeeping was not up to expectations. I don't believe they cleaned the shower while I was there. There was also a day they didn't take out the trash. The breakfast buffet was not as good as in the past. That's not to say it was bad. But it was not what I expected from a Westin. I no longer consider them a premium hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Bayview. Friendly staff and a comfortable and clean room. It's quite a busy hotel with lots of events so elevators were in high demand which was the only thing I didn't love.

I made a reservation months ahead and confirmed it, but when I arrived, they had NO room for me. I had to wait and wait while they checked out several rooms. Then I ordered room service for the next morning. It didn't come on time so I called. They lied & said it was on the way. IT NEVER ARRIVED SO I HAD TO CANCEL, RUSH DOWN & GRAB WHATEVER I COULD so I could get to my ride on time. I had to insist on being comped for that after a worker ran after me to get me to pay. Also, the phone in the room kept disconnecting from the wall. And the main desk couldn't hear me. I couldn't get the room temp to stay where I set it. A worker had to come set it. I tried to review the bill the day before I left. They wouldn't let me & said I could the next morning. So, the next morning I tried again & they wouldn't let me! DON'T LIE TO ME!! All in all, after traveling the world, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My friend said Westin was very good. I DISAGREE. I have had better service at Hilton, Best Western & even Motel 6! NOT HAPPY!!!
