The view was our favorite! We enjoyed that everything we needed was walking distance to us as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. The pool was very popular so we did not spend time there.

The only issue about this hotel is, it’s dated. But still in good condition.

The property was average in the area of cleanliness; however, the room upkeep was lacking. The sliding bathroom door did not secure/lock and did not provide adequate privacy. Also, the soap containers were empty after the first day (both the sink and the shower soap containers).

I was put in a room with an air conditioner drain tube above the bathroom sink . I discovered this while washing my hands, I felt a drip of the drainage water hit my face. I looked up and where there is supposed to be a sprinkler head there was a clear tube with what looks like mold in it , I was on the 3rd floor of the 3rd tower. The second thing that I was not happy with I experienced first was the smell. I thought maybe I will air the place out so I turned the air conditioner on and left. I returned to the same smell and now I began to sneeze. The third thing that upset me was that the carpet was soaking wet . I was moved to a room with dry carpet and no smell but the tube above the bathroom sink with water dripping from it while you brush your teeth was still there .

Great location!! Right off the harbor with a great view of the USS Midway and Maritime Museum. Walkable to Little Italy for dining and Petco Park for taking in a Padres game. Short drive to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Lots of dining options on and around the property. Secure parking located close to the hotel. Excellent housekeeping!! Our room was taken care of every day and looked amazing each time we returned from our daily outing
