2nd time staying here. I would stay again but only if guaranteed a room that does not face Lombard. We were disrupted from 2-4am by a motorcycle party across the street at the bar. the first time we stayed our room faced Fillmore and it was still noisy with the bar across that street but not as bad. Will probably not stay there again, unless you are going to party all night.

It was good we love to stay at the Chelsea Inn when we go to San Francisco for medical appointments. This time we also celebrated my husband’s birthday early with a visit to Baker Beach and then dinner on Fisherman’s Wharf. I love the fact that there is secure parking.

Clean, comfortable, modern room. Ask for upper floor to minimize noise from late-night luggage carts. Parking secure and excellent, and FREE. Now, my preferred location to stay in S.F.
