Had a great stay. This Hilton property was close to financial district. Easy walk to office. Enjoyed the Asian shopping and dining options. Warning: Stores closes early in the area. Save your money - no need to book room with better views because the windows are not cleaned.

Our check-in process was quite smooth, and the hotel itself is nice, clean, and spacious. The reception staff was very courteous. However, I rated the staff two stars due to an unpleasant checkout experience with the concierge. When we called for assistance with our bags, he dropped the bags several times. and insisted on taking the room keys from us. Additionally, after bringing our bags to the lobby, he lingered and asked if we needed anything else, making it clear he was expecting a tip. When we did provide a tip, he looked at us disrespectfully, clearly dissatisfied with the amount. He even made a comment about another guest's generosity while collecting their tip. We did not expect this kind of behavior from Hilton staff, and it unfortunately left a negative impression at the end of our stay.
