Excellent place to stay in Pacific Heights area.
Nice hotel. Good location. Great service. Ok gym. Like that they had 3 treadmills. Didn't like treadmill model. Didn't like charge for package deliveries to hotel. Didn't like high cost of breakfast at hotel restaurant. Liked refrigerator and option for microwave.

Great location, lots of dining options nearby, quick check in and check out. One issue is that I was charged parking even though I already purchased it as part of the expedia package. I will need to call the hotel.to deal with it.
