The hotel is very close to Oracle Park and we loved the convenience. They only had one person checking people in and it was slow, especially since we were going to an event. The website says they have parking but they only have 9 spaces that fill up so we had to pay $100 for parking at a nearby garage.
Great location if you’re going to an event at Oracle. Parking can be a pain since they don’t have a garage. Staff friendly, breakfast was good and rooms were nice. Only hiccup was during check in and my deposit went through but her system didn’t recognize it or something. Only took a couple minutes to resolve though. Very happy overall.
First off parking is a nightmare! We got in town about 1:30p and all parking spots for the hotel we taken, we had to park around the corner and down the street. Hotel and staff we nice and welcoming. The A/C in our room didn’t work well so we were super hot all night but we survived. Breakfast was your typical hotel complimentary breakfast nothing special. Roof top bar are we neat. All in all would stay again if needed to.
We stay here quite often during baseball season and this visit missed the mark. We had a room with a sofa bed for my daughter. I pulled out the bed and there were black “things” all over the mattress pad. They appeared to be small black bugs. They did not look like they were alive (thank goodness) I called down and they did send someone to come take care of the bed within 5 mins but I was a little concerned. The TV would not change channels on the last day we were there. I turned the TV off and turned it back on but I just got a no signal LG box on the screen. The property does not seem to be a unkept as it has been in the past. While it is a convenient option, I am not sure it is somewhere we will continue staying.
Simon helped check us in and he was great! Really friendly and helpful, made the stay that much better! Parking is really tight in their garages, make sure you have a small car! Breakfast served was good!
