My first time here I am very pleased with this convenient access to SJSU for my classes and events. Though there was cheaper motels much further away I was very happy to be able to park and the kind staff even allowed me to park earlier and stay later than my Stay at the in the room the saving me hassle of having to re-park on campus The room was very clean, quite safe though there was no coffee tea set up inside the room, but the next-door has “Academic” coffee house. And many restaurants nearby since it’s only two blocks from SJSU campus parking was very easy and the hotel room was comfortable, clean with a desk, extra chairs I’ll definitely be back when I need to do extra overnight stays near campus.

Great Value in a Central Location
Super staff. Very clean, well updated room. Everything you needed. The property is an old motor court motel that's been brought up to date. This property was an excellent value.

The host was so friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very fast. I felt safe leaving my car. They let me leave my bag at the front desk on the last day of the conference. The room is very nice, with fridge and microwave. There is a nice courtyard. No elevators, but that was fine for me.

Excellent low-cost alternative
This is a renovated older facility. They did an excellent job of refurbishing the rooms. Clean, modern and comfortable. Our room had a sitting area with a small TV and there was a larger TV in the main bed area. The manager (perhaps also owner?) was super nice and always had a friendly greeting for us. It’s not a luxurious place but it is quite comfortable. It is a three story place with no elevator so keep that in mind.

10/10 will always stay here when visiting San Jose
Nick greeted us when we arrived and we knew we were in for a great stay. His hospitality and friendliness was unlike anything we could have expected. Our room was exactly what we needed and the king size bed was firm but comfortable. We took advantage of the location and walked downtown easily from our room as well as going to Academic Coffee in the morning which was nearly nextdoor to the hotel.

Awesome accommodations near the San Jose Civic!!
Visiting San Jose for a concert at the Civic and this hotel met all of our needs. We were greeted by their friendly host. Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved it was so close had several fun hangouts after the show! After checking out, our host called us to say we left a sweater in the room for which we were very grateful!
