Was good a year ago but not now!
We have stayed @ this property before and loved it but this time will be our last. Fire alarm went off @ 4:30am not one working could tell us what was going on. We never had to pay parking, it now $110 for 5 days. We never had to pay for breakfast, it’s now $11 per person. They nickel and dime you. I needed towels and toilet paper and they couldn’t understand English. The old housekeeper got made because I couldn’t understand her. Crazy!

I’ve stayed there so many times and always great experience. Only thing this time, there was an evacuation alarm at 4:10 in the morning that woke us up. That’s never happened before and I stay there at least 7-8 times a year fur the last few years. The Bartender/front desk person Mike is very personable and always happy and helpful

Very clean !! Love the restroom !! And night staff was so nice !! Had a 6 hour drive on Christmas eve and Michael(i believe his name was Michael) made check-in so easy!! Such an amazing employee!!! Will be booking again because of him !!! I had about 11 family members with me and i was stressed out, thankfully Michael made it easy 🙏

For a whole day a water line bursted and we couldn’t take showers or use any of the water. I had to shower at a 24 hr fitness. They didn’t even comp or consider when I told them about the situations
