We really enjoyed our time at Edgewater. It suited our needs. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was excellent. We didn't come across any issues. Also, having a broom and dust pan in the room was an excellent touch, no more sandy floors! We traveled with our dog. We found it to be extremely pet friendly. Large lot to walk around in with doggy bags provided on site. We will be back! Thanks again.

Great location, comfortable beds, but the noise is a bummer. We could hear everything from the room next door and it sounded like someone was rearranging furniture upstairs. There was a group of older folks with all of their chairs outside having a loud party, and a maintenance guy was using a grinder on a metal railing at 8pm… too noisy!

Partial view on 3rd floor AMAZING!
We got the partial view of the beach room on the 3rd floor. It had a little balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The view was amazing. It was fairly priced. The breakfast is pastries and coffee.

It’s always a perfect stay when I stay here. Staff is always sweet and helpful, it’s convenient to walk to the pier and access directly to the beach and you can not beat the pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean! While nothing fancy it has always been clean, comfortable and a pleasurable stay ❤️

Awesome location- ocean views and steps to the beach. There were 2 loud dogs in the adjacent room- but they didn’t bark at night. Walls are pretty thin- but it is an older hotel, as are most in the area.

Small rooms, but clean. Beds are hard so good if you like that. Patio is nice but the railing doesn’t feel super sturdy but I enjoyed my morning coffee out there. They have all you can drink coffee and juice for free loved that. Received many text messages before our stay and during our stay and I appreciated that. We left something in our room after check out and they messaged us about that as well. Amazing location you can walk to anything.

Comfortable hotel, could use a refresh
The beds were extremely comfortable, TV reception was great and wifi seemed good. The hotel is older and in need of some updates but we felt the room was clean and the staff were friendly and check in was easy. The location is great as the beach was steps away.
