Card key reader did not work. Had to return to the front desk twice to get a new key card. Eventually the front desk clerk just swapped our room since we could not gain access. Tv lost reception and the sound would cut off. Pool area had rust everywhere.

Pretty average hotel and a modest step up from Motel 6. Manager wanted to charge me $25 for early check in by 1 hour which was a joke so I just killed an hour across the street. The location was great, parking easy and it served my basic needs fine. Decent value but overall a pretty average experience

For an ADU room, the cement floors are freezing, no carpets,the placement of all ADU rooms are noisy due to restaurant parking directly apart, pool and Jacuzzi not accessible!! The beds were like sleeping on a rock slab! But worst all was the rude, inhospitable, lying front desk person!! They never answer phones at all! He sits there without even acknowlodging you at all! I was lied to when whoever called me back (and they were very polite and friendly). They told me to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia claims I was late checking out. Again front desk guy ignored us so my caregiver tossed him the key. No check out, NADA! I will not deal either of you again! The pictures are very deceiving! It's not as nice as the pictures.
