From the moment we checked in it was issue after issue.The thermostat was not working, our room phone was not working, our bathroom sink was not draining, there was no key or security for the gate to the pool from our room, firepit would not go out and was difficult to start, THEN the workers started to strike, they approached my child when we were coming back to the hotel, the airhorn and fake sirens were heard in our room from the street and my child who has special needs was stressed and scared, then no housekeeping, trash cans full at the pool area and trash was like tumbleweeds blowing through the pool area, no in-room service, no customer service: noone to help with checkout and bringing bags to my car, when I had to go get a lugglage cart, they locked my door and had to wait over 20minutes outside my room with my child for them to open my door to get my luggage, they didn't scan my car properly when I valeted. Front desk was not knowledgeable. I need a huge refund. Not a credit, or a coupon. I need a HUGE refund.
