There is full of coucroch bottom of the refrigerator and bed and in rooms I lost my cat there and ask for check camera they play with me and after few days they set-up me under 21 days rule and after I left and back to check in don't let me check in now I can't find my cat

Motel 6 was ok , but the people upstairs wouldn't stop moving chairs and walking up until 2:45 am It sounded as if people would go in and out the room non stop Finally stop their noise at 3am and once again they got up early at 6 and finally left I live in palm springs and booked motel 6 to be able to be in town and rest because i had a meeting at 8 am Monday and of course i was tired for my meeting Horrible experience

We were doing a quick overnight stay because we were going to Disneyland in the morning so I thought this motel would be fine. Well, the room had an odd unfresh smell, there were bugs (my son woke up with several mosquito bites), I squished unidentified wall crawling ones, and the remote was held together with tape. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and uneven. The bed frames made these breaking nosies everytime my tiny 4 year old moved. The door didn't work at first so it took quite a few tries with the keycard but it eventually worked. I will say that the front counter woman was lovely. She was very friendly and helpful. Will we stay here again? Probably not.

Room looked fine upon check in but we ended up keeping our shoes on throughout our stay since there were cockroaches crawling around. The bathroom was dirty and towels had stains. We didn’t feel really comfortable staying for more than 1 night to be honest. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

Disneyland or bust!
Our stay was average. They didn't wash the floors which made our feet black, which resulted in everyone having to wear shoes while in the room. The tvs were great and we could tell that the rooms had been upgraded with nice wooden entertainment units. We booked Queen size beds, which honestly felt much smaller than our queen mattress at home; and the frame was thin metal like a cot or futon, so slight movements from my partner and I during sleep at night were often super super noisy. Huge plus though was that there were zero bugs or bedbugs. Staff were nice. Our stay wasn't bad, but next time I would probably spend the extra money to upgrade to another hotel. Lots of homeless people and drug activity in the area, however, that can be seen just about anywhere all over the world. However, I never felt unsafe. It was a good hotel for a family on a budget, especially in this economy and with the price of inflation.

Recommended improvements.
There was a really really really strong smell of mildew in the first room. Staff was kind enough to switch to different room, but that room also smelled like mildew / mold, just not as strong. It was really hard to sleep in rooms that smell like mold/mildew. Maybe check the AC units and clean the filters. Also, check for mold problems. Also, there was a lot of trash left around the property / bags, bottles, glass, cigarette butts (likely by other guests, sorry the other guests were not very respectful of your property. Not your fault, but would be great if it was cleaned up.) Lastly, there was no coffee or even hot water available. I had developed a cough in the room due to the smell, but in the morning, there was not hot water or coffee available. Disappointing.
