Staff was very helpful and check in was nice and simple. We arrived a lot earlier than the 3pm check in time but they were able to hold our luggage while we explored the city a bit. The free breakfast was nice and hot, and honestly way better than I expected. The location was perfect for what we were in town for. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel property itself was well-kept, and the staff was friendly and did a great job overall. In case people are not aware, the area around the hotel is an urban business district, with multiple car dealerships around the hotel. There is also a significant amount of street traffic and people out walking on the streets until well in the night, and the sounds that can be heard in the rooms may bother those who are not used to sleeping in a city.

Was in town for the weekend for a friends get together. Found nothing wrong except, on the second night, I called the front desk to schedule a wake up call for the next morning and the call was never made. Luckily I had a back up alarm on my phone set.

THE AREA ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL IS FULL OF HOMELESS AND IN GENERAL NOT PLEASANT. THE STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE FOR THE FACILITY.
