If you come back late, you will not finding any parking whatsoever! Our room didn’t have any curtains just the plain clear window! Will not be staying here again!

So I checked in Friday at 11pm my room was dirty it had a piece of pizza on the floor and old blood stains in the sheets. I had my stay for two nights and the air conditioning was broken I told them they didn’t say anything and I had to ask for towels. Also the bed was very ruff. The next day they changed out by bed sheets and gave me another set with blood on them

Great managers great. They have remodeled the rooms cause I stayed here before. Need bigger tv my son said but other than that good. Rooms have no heater but I asked for one and they gave me one cause my kids were cold.

Perfect for walking to the beach, boardwalk, pier and surrounding restaurants and shops. Parking is included, we didn't drive for 2 days. It is noisy, you can hear everything. Sam and his team are amazing and accommodating.

The units were clean with just the basics. Parking is tricky.. but location for the price is exceptional! This area has a "mix" of visitors and the property manager is watchful and careful of the activities on the property. This was appreciated! He was also very pleasant to communicate with as we had schedule changes and visitors. Thank you!!

CONVENIENT TO THE BOARDWALK, STUFFY IN THE ROOM. DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THE AC REMOTE SO THAT WAS OF NO HELP TURNING THE AC ON. TOOK ALONG TIME FOR THE WATER TO GET HOT IN THE SHOWER. PARKING LOT WAS NO FUN. OVER ALL DON'T THINK I WOULD BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

Upon arrival it was nice to see this hotel got a much needed facelift. Checked in and we were lucky to get one of the remodeled rooms. Although the rooms were updated with fresh paint and updated fixtures, these rooms still need a lot of help. Walls are thin, wiring for the lights are weird and beds are on a weird metal platform. But, the staff was friendly, got parking, location was fantastic and the price is the best for the area. Would we stay here again? Maybe ‍

So, So stay
Clean depending on your standards, definitely no frills, and there were a few things that needed immediate attention, like no smoke alarm and a wire hanging down from ceiling and a strange wire hanging from thermostat. Hard to close door to outside, towels were very thin and dingy. Parking was rough, very steep parking lot, limited spaces. Manager was helpful, and it was very close to the Boardwalk and beach which was a major plus. Just a very old building that needs some attending to.
