The master bath features a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower, and closet. Each bedroom offers an attached full bath. The top floor of this home has ample bonus living space featuring a large daybed. This lovely home is located in a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community. However, due to local homeowner association rules, rental golf carts are not allowed and the owners ask that guests do not rent golf carts during their stay.
Remember - - ideal parking is for 2 cars, but 3 medium size vehicles is the maximum allowed. There is no overflow.
The owners understand the unique experience Spring Break “party trips” offer, but advise that this community is not conducive to what you may want or expect on a Spring Break “party trip”. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
