Staff were lovely. R I om nice and clean. No pool so the only pool that coukd be used was the one at the frintbwhich we didnt like the idea of using. Spoke to the duty manager abd she gave us complementary breakfast which was so nice of her which made up for not being able to swim so we did have simething nice to remember the hoyel by.

So the staff was top notch, my bed extremely comfortable and the location was great - what else could one possibly need?
