The hotel overbooked rooms and gave our double queen room to someone else. I booked this room one month before our trip. My 17 year old son had to sleep on the floor which wasn't the end of the world, but it's really not ok that we didn't get the room I reserved. The room we received was filthy. The shower had hair in it, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, and there was dust all of the table and the area where the coffee maker should have been. The refrigerator was broken and the coffeemaker was missing. All movies cost 10.99 to 19.99, cable was free. We were completely disappointed with this hotel! Horrible I will never stay at a Hyatt again. The only saving grace for this hotel was their staff. They really should listen to them and pay them more! Especially if they are going to overbook their hotel and expect the staff to just deal with the aftermath. Oh and they charge for parking your car!!!! I had no idea that it would be $19 to park at a motel 6 equivalent hotel in wine country. So disappointed with corporate greed associated with this hotel.
