Romantic accommodation in Seven Mile Beach

friendly staff, clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, good showers

This is a good 4 star plus hotel in city centre. Good area of Hobart (other 4 stars are in poor areas). Rooms are well appointed. Club Lounge was extra and well worth it as teh cocktails came thick and fast plus breakfast was fresh and well presented.

We stayed in the waterfront ‘old’ section. Appeared recently renovated. But, the water had a yellow tinge and the gap under the room door was at least 2 inches. Doesn’t sound like much, but my son could use his phone to like up and down the hallway. Did ‘complain’ and the solution to both was some free bottled water and some rolled up towels as suggested by hotel staff. Apparently it is a plumbing issue and safe to drink…..no thanks.

I love this place, best location for dining drinking and exploring the city. Amazing view of the dock, quiet and spotlessly clean.
