I want to thank the housekeeper that clean our room he is the best and has great service and he keeps our very clean

Very comfortable , clean room and friendly staff near the airport so we could get our flight easily the following day. We had our evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and it was lovely. The staff are really friendly and helpful making our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly & courteous staff, wide selection of cuisine’s & relaxing services. Morning Buffet is open on weekends till 11 am. Big thanks to Valet service & staff. Hurray to the team Shangri-La.

All staff very helpful. Mehran was very helpful when checking in at the front desk. Gladwell at the reception was also very helpful. Eric and DIAB at the concierge were always courteous and friendly but DIAB went out of his to help with packing our luggage.

The reception manager is best Ms Salma. She is helping here reception employees whenever everyone is busy. Handler was helpful and friendly. Room service and bed sheets are clean. 5 minutes walk to metro station. It has a beautiful view of the Shaykh zayed road and the Future museum. Thank you
