This property was very dated and rundown. Dirt, trash, and grime of some sort almost everywhere you look. Beds were comfortable and shower was good and strong.

Key would not work in the door had to go back to the office multiple time. Staff had to let me in my room and I still could not get the key to work. Stains on the floors, bathroom shower walls were dirty.

The staff was incredible but the wood side grill was awful. My food took an hour and was cold and over cooked. I paid for an hour facial and it was only 45 minutes. Booked a 90 minute massage but it was only an hour. However that was charged correctly and really the only redeeming quality of this place. There was also mold in the bathroom shower.

Lagoon/coy pond was pretty. Loved the walkways and bridge crossing the pond. The front desk clerk attached my stay to my Choice rewards. When booking I didn't realize this property was part of Choice Hotels. The food in the restaurant was great! Tina the bartender made the evening fun!

I’m really impressed with this beautiful place being dog friendly. This was my little dog’s first road trip and we are having a great experience.

Overall the place is nice the room was very clean except the bathtub drains slow due to hair clog i believe?! It was not as colorful due to the time of year but heard someone say they were looking for new groundskeeping. The lagoon was a mucky mess of greenness but the waterfalls were pretty when lit up.open field for dogs to run was great. Beds were very comfortable and for the price - we were fine.. I did get a deep tissue massage, the price was right but i should have known better than to get a deep tissue massage from a spa. The therapist was lovely though and i would score her a 6.5 out of 10. My bones hurt the next day from the knuckling and elbows. I cant fault her this because i should have spoken up

Place is filthy. Cob webs and spiders in our room and bathroom had black mold covered walls. Hair and grin everywhere in bathroom. Worst case scenario. Hotel refused refund our money. Outside our room smells like human pee. Utterly disgusting!

Rooms are nice property needs lots of work.
Customer service was good. Room was clean, spacious and comfy bed. But the outside of the hotel needs some serious work. Paint chipping on the doors. Garbage in the courtyard where the rooms are. Pond needs some serious draining and refilling and please please clean your nasty ice machines. They were disgusting. We've stayed they before for a wedding 3 years ago. It wasnt this bad.

The shower drain was clogged and the bed had a sharp metal bar sticking out that I hit my ankle on a few times when I got out of bed. The cleaning staff should have noticed both things. I will not be staying here again.
