Wonderful customer service - Top notch !! Friendly fast efficient checkin and checkout. Lovely staff here. Budget hotel with Good air conditioning Unfortunately the 6th floor room had a rather pungent mould smell & a loud, constant noise emitting from the fuse box in the room. Bed was hard - good for my back though. Mini fridge in room. Powerful shower - although strong hands required to squeeze shower cream from bottle ! Constant hot water- switch on prior to use, excellent shower, good pillows & towels

Good thing about ibis Budget Singapore Crystal is that eventhough it is sitting at the outskirt of Singpore central, but there are bus routes and MRT near by which take you directly to the centre. You are staying at one of the most popular street for food, so you won't go hungry. Beverages (soft drink, water, etc.) are also quite cheap, comparing to other tourist areas. One thing that traveller should be mindful of is that this ibis is located right the centre of the most busy red light district in Singapore, which you can see "business" happening after dark. However, the business is not public but behind those red light houses.

We had a one night stay in a room with a window and needed to be close to the airport. The room is small and compact but big enough to comfortably fit 2 large suitcases and hand luggage. Perfect for one even 2 nights . Staff very helpful. Easy and cheap to get taxi or grab everywhere. Sockets and lttle desk and chair by bed. Plenty of storage.

Rooms were clean and larger than anticipated. Area felt safe even with a red light area close by . Staff was very accommodating and helped me get a cab to the airport. Will stay here again. Only complaint was no fridge in the room.

Not bad for a cost-effective overnight layover. The room is a decent size, however, for a hotel with a $100 smoking fine, my room consistently smelled like an ashtray. Note that there are no windows so there’s no way to fix this… The shower was also very finnicky and despite being a handheld, the head constantly came apart when using other than left on the wall. Good option for a short transit, but otherwise I’d probably stay elsewhere

Just OK
Room was clean, shower was very powerful but hot water ran out very fast. Room had a little bit of an oder. Not sure if it was a damp smell or cleaning products. Room quite small but OK for 1 night transit. Street is a bit odd. Lots of brothels etc between the hotel and the main street to get food etc. and some guests were clearly not normal hotel stay people. some checking in for 1 - 2 hours only and some negotiating going on right at the front door. Staff Ok , gave us extra pillows and loan of umbrella to go to the shops.
