I checked around 9pm and I was not told there is a laundry service and amenities in the property. They assume that I know of it, the next morning a guy knock on our door asking for laundry that I was not aware of it. I had to asks the guy for more info. The properties need to update the room, there are molds growing inside the bathroom, the room wall is peeling off. There are dust on the vanity mirror, and they do not provide us towel for two. We had to request for extra towel and paper towel. They limit us with 2 water bottles, towels and paper towels. The facilities are open after 8 am, the gym is very small. So,I could not use it much since everyone are going to the gym around 8 am. It will be nice if the gym open 24/7 so that everyone are not going to the gym at the same time.

I booked loft lobby. Was extremely small and compact. If you are a couple, this hotel may not be good option. 1 night is still good but rooms are very small. Upstairs was lounge, table and TV, it is probably unusable if bed is downstairs. Staff were very helpful

The hotel has a great location - easy access to all you need in Singapore - for business and visitors - downtown core, marina bay, orchard road, raffles city, Clark quay, boat quay, all within easy walking distance

I have come many times, TV never work properly in all the room I had. Also my room's blind was broken so with the important vis a vis I had to have my curtains closed all the time, so no day light.

The service in this hotel is terrible! I had issues with room cleanliness, and general responsiveness of the housekeeping. The reception staff is very non responsive and takes a long time for them to act on anything. It’s a shame as really liked staying at this hotel and won’t stay going forward.
