The most incredibly convenient hotel. One stop from airport, MRT over the road, supermarket outside and food court next door. Comfortable room and staff really accommodating. We will be back.

This property is located around a nice mall, MRT, and a massive grocery store (Fair Price). Very convenient indeed! The front desk staff and manager are very professional!

Great staff upon check in. It’s next to the MRT so getting around Singapore is a breeze. The room had a separate sitting room with kitchenette and laundry. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also clean and well equipped

Convenient location!
Convenient near Changi airport and train stop, great shopping and food selection next door! Itinerary says to contact hotel for late check in after 12:00 midnight. Called multiple times prior to arrival including contacting Hotels.com for assistance to contact hotel with no success. Upon landing in Changi, called hotel and informed me check in is 24/7. Also itinerary says must have Covid card. Both are no longer required and should be removed from hotel instructions! Otherwise, good customer service, helpful staff on site!
