I stayed here twice and on both occasions I had to ask for discounts to be added. The 2nd stay was very different from the first and offered a very corporate and less personal service. Food and drinks within the hotel are expensive compared to other hotels in the area. The cost of the rooms are quite high considering breakfast was not included. No night manager or concierge available to help with cases when you have an early departure. Totally different experience to my first visit in July

Hotel was in a very nice location - can walk to shops on Orchard Street. However , the rooms were a bit outdated- carpets had stains on it etc . Staff was very attentive and nice .
