Great hotel in Sentosa
Great hotel on Sentosa. Very conveniently located, right by beach and public transport. Pool are is fantastic, except not very many beds / areas to relax as often full up. There's also an adults only pool on the rooftop. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The Outpost Hotel is just one stop away to Universal Studio and other main attraction.Walking distance to Palawan Beach. What will capture you upon arrival this amazing aroma lingering the hotel! The room so clean and functional. The staff very helpful.

We enjoyed our room. It was clean and pleasant. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful at the reception. However, we were given a room with the view to a pool under renovation which was not very nice. Also, for our breakfast at the Sol & Ora, we were dissatisfied because the food was cold and the restaurant was old a bit dirty.

The Hotel is good, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet boutique hotel; we enjoyed the tranquility. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary; we were delighted that we got an upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. We have previously stayed at the affiliated Village hotel. We love the shared outdoor spa pools, that's the reason for the choice of hotel this time, unfortunately it was under maintenance this time round. The infinitely pool at level 7 was crowded. A bit disappointed thou. Nevertheless, we have a good time at Sol and Ora, the OM Sebastian was a hardworking and cheerful guy. Nice experience dining at the roof top.

The property was great, but the staff lacked the warmth. We faced issues with the in room dining, where no body answered the phone. We were a family with a 7 year old and just asked for some bread and butter when we checked in but was informed they dont serve any bread in the hotel at all. And to our surpirise, we find bread in the morning for breakfast. When asked, they conveniently said we do, but only for breakfast. We sensed the staff treated other nationalities well and maybe we were indians... It was just an observation. The general attitude was what put us off. I would not recommend this place for a family but if you're going without kids do enjoy the property which is good.
