Stayed here many time due budget constraints. Mattresses are low quality. The TVs are small, video quality is low and channel lineup is very limited and channel availability varies from room to room. Low water pressure in shower. Decent restaurant and bar, other than that not recommended if you have better options.

This is a updated review: check in with Expedia was fast and easy. The amenities at this hotel are amazing! I have a dog that travels with me nd i have not found a place more friendly and accommodating to animal's as the plza was to my Little bit. The staff was frans very customer service o staidorientated. I would recimens this hotel to everyone!I stayed here originally 12/31/24 and had a problem with the climate controls not working and did not have a restful nights sleep. I want to amend my previous review and them five stars across the board for cleanliness, customer service, hospitality and pet friendless! Thank you for making my puppy feel welcome when checking in and giving him dogy treats while registering in!😊

This property smells like an old musty Hotel from the 1940s. The rooms are small despite how they look online. The bed was very noisy as was some kind of equipment on the first floor outside of our room. The HVAC system did not have a fan setting, so we had to switch back back-and-forth between air conditioning and heating. And it was loud and banging all night. In addition, a place that claims that it is pet friendly would not charge $50 per night for a pet. That is absurdly high, considering that most people who travel with pets are usually clean and do not require extra cleaning in their rooms. Beyond that, it is not in the best area. We would have liked to have walked our dog around at night, but did not feel safe there.

We have always had a great experience at the Waterfront. I really wish they had a points system like the chain hotels. This hotel is convenient, safe, and close to family making it my #1 choice always.

The heat and cool temperature controls were broke and was 80° in room.The down button on unit didn't work so i had to get up all night to turn on ac until i froze then turn on heat again and burn up. Slept hardly nothing because of it. Thought they would comp my stay when reported but they didn't,. The place is amazing in every way, but what counts more for rating a hotel ?: there ability to offer a restful night sleep or things to do with no sleep 😴 🤔

Like that its centralized in the middle of town. Like that its clean and quite. Prices on the high side for this city. Didnt like that you are charged for parking your car. That should be included as a customer.
