Oasis at the beach! Brand new home just completed and designed to be a vacation rental not modified to be one. Spacious 4 bedroom hosting 2 master suites downstairs accompanied with 9' ceilings throughout the first floor including the large living room that flows to the dining, guest bath, bar, chefs kitchen and eventually the doors out the back porch, pergola, grill area, paver patio and 10x20 heated pool with fully fenced in yard.

Back inside, luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home, no carpet! as you go up the transom window lit stairs your greeted with a secondary living room and full bath, on each side of that there are vaulted ceiling bedrooms with shiplap gable ends. one room has a king bed and the other has 2 twin build in beds, perfect for a family to have the 2nd floor complete with 2nd living room for the kids.

The home is set up wonderfully for two or even three families with kids of their own, the concept is the parents get the master bedrooms, and the kids get the upstairs bedrooms and second living room.

Outside, paver driveway, stairs, porches, patios for hanging when you are not at the private beach less than 200' feet through a wooded, secluded and almost majestic walkway through the scrub oaks.

3 blocks from the river hosting gorgeous panoramic sunsets and fishing.

The home is located at the end of a street so no danger of speeding cars . A very safe environment for making memories that will last a lifetime.

Owner operated, owner built, and we live a few blocks over for the extra touches that make our properties special, This is our fourth in the area and we can respond to any issues very quickly.

Excellent Stay!
We were a group of two families, we each had a bedroom and our kids had bedrooms. Perfect amount of bathrooms and spaces for each family to have their time and all gather together. Neighborhood was nice, our kids rode bikes in the road and played games! The pool was a huge hit and our kids played for hours! Loved having a grill and an outdoor space for eating. When we walked through the door the first night there was Christmas music playing and a beautiful tree all lit up! We had an amazing weekend and would love to return!

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. The house was BEAUTIFUL and the location was perfect. The walk to the beach was not terrible at all and the pool was a huge bonus with small children! The hosts made everything super easy! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Perfect for our family reunion
We had us (grandparents), our adult son (single), and our two adult daughters, each with a husband and each with an infant under 3. We and our son took the upstairs rooms (shared bathroom) and girls and families took the downstairs two bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and bright. Loved the pool after the beach. Beach is as close as they say but there is a caveat. From the cul de sac to the two lane street, there is a bit of a hill. From the street, over the dunes, to the beach, there is a bit of a hill. Only an issue if you are using a wagon, and if you overload the wagon. Otherwise, not a dealbreaker but it was a workout for this out of shape, 70 year old grandpa. Just be aware. Inside is nicely appointed, beds and pillows comfortable, ac blows cold. Keurig for coffee. Nice fridge and other appliances. Close enough to old St Aug, restaurants, etc. Hosts are very quick to respond to questions or comments. If we can herd the cats (I.e., get the schedules for everyone aligned), we would definitely come back to this place.

Beautiful Home In Lovely St Augustine
This house is beautiful and decorated lovely. While it was too cold during our stay to use the pool it sure was a great addition to such a cute house. Beds, pillows and all amenities were perfect. Hope to visit again and would definitely stay here again.

We love this place so much we stayed again!
This property is perfect for multiple pairings of people offering shared space plus bedroom/bathroom privacy for all! We stayed here when a cousin got married in St. Augustine a few years ago and loved it so much we came back when we wanted to visit our St. Augustine family again over Thanksgiving. Great house near the beach
We had a wonderful time here! The owner was very responsive and accomodating. The heated pool and outside shower were great for our kids. It's a short walk to the beach and nice location. You can also walk to Aunt Kate's restaurant. Nice size house for our group.

Great Family Beach House
The property is exactly as listed and is beautiful!! The pool is perfect, kitchen is amazing, 2 King beds, 1 Queen and 2 twins beds. The walk to the beach was uphill but short. We only took the wagons once. The house is close to Vilano Publix & restaurants and Old Town St Augustine. Communication with hosts was great and neighbors were super nice too! We are saving this property for future visits!!!

Upon arrival the floors were not clean, our grandbaby was crawling and his feet/knees were really dirty we told the host they sent someone out “it was the hosts cousin” she commented I have no idea why I am here(we had already tried to clean the floors ourselves). The shiplap fell off the second floor bedroom wall the baby was in his crib at the time I told the host (as was asked to do in the instructions) the response was you seem hard to please you can have a full refund but you have to be out by 10.00 in the morning there were 9 of us including three under five’s we received the message after we had gone to bed so even if we wanted to we couldn’t have left by 10.00 the next morning. I booked this home because it had a five star rating I think it may have been a five star rating but it is far from this now. We enjoyed our family time together and the children loved the pool but I really think other people should be informed before thinking it is a five star home!

Very nice little beach house only about 5 min or less walk to the beach. House was clean and well kept. Pool was a plus as well. Only thing I would say is that the walk to the beach is quite a little adventure. Pretty steep sand dunes once you cross A1A. We brought our wagon (owner’s provide one too as well as lots of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas) however, due to the terrain, you’re really not able to use the wagon unless you go a different/flatter route (which might add 10 or more mins to the original walk). So you’re likely going to be carrying all of your beach equipment. Owner’s had good communication as well. Neighborhood was quiet and Downtown St. Augustine is only about a 10-15 min drive.

Great stay close to the beach
Enjoyed our stay at this nice property! The proximity to the beach and pool were what we were looking for and this delivered. The residential feel of the beach was nice and relaxed. I mentioned to the owner the disrepair of the beach chairs and she said they would invest in new ones but I would check before your stay. For a beach home that sleeps 8, you really need more than 2 that kind of work for a week at the beach :). We would book again, overall it was great!
