Take in the waterfront setting of the Sand Key Beach and on-site pool as you feel the warm sea breeze from your private balcony.

With plenty of birds and the infamous Gulf of Mexico dolphins constantly making an appearance on the water's surface, you are guaranteed a lively view.



Your building has an on-site fitness room, waterfront pool, and oversized outdoor shuffleboard.

Upon entrance of 304N, you will notice the oversized mirror reflecting in the beautiful portrait-like view from the balcony.

The natural sunlight radiates positivity into your condo. Enjoy a good book from the couch or watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three, while the stylish glass dining table seats an additional four guests.

Regarding sleeping arrangements, the master bedroom contains a king bed while the guest bedroom contains 2 queen beds.

For additional guests, the living room couch opens into a sofa sleeper. This condo can sleep 4-6 guests.

The Master bathroom has a large separate vanity and stand-in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower and bath combo.

All our units are non-smoking, and pets are not permitted in the building
