Looking for a beach holiday that has it all? We are excited to offer our two bedroom, end unit, gulf front condo with fabulous views of the gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining room, and spectacular views of the boats cruising the intracoastal waterway from the bedrooms.

**Hurricane Helene & Milton update** Jan 2024

We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and looking forward to welcoming back guests. Following Hurricane Helene, we’ve worked hard alongside our local businesses and community partners to restore and reopen the area. Thanks to everyone’s dedication and resilience, about half of the beachside restaurants and shops are back in business, bringing the familiar vibrancy back to our shores.

While our ground-level amenities were impacted by flooding, our condo has weathered the storms. Repair work is moving along and we are hoping that our pool will be up and running by the end of March. Our white sand beaches are as spectacular as ever!

Thank you for your patience and support as we recover together. We’re excited to offer you a refreshed Gulf experience soon—see you on the beach!

**Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2023 through December 2025. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Happy to report that our condo is complete and ready for you to come and enjoy.

Our condo shows great pride of ownership. The condo has been professionally painted from top to bottom. The vanities in the bathrooms have been updated and the ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower. The updated kitchen with gleaming granite countertops is fully equipped with cookware along with a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, we have updated 18'X18' porcelain tile flooring throughout the main areas. The bedroom furniture in both bedrooms has been updated including all mattresses. We have a king size bed in the master and two doubles in the second bedroom. The dining room furniture gives a tropical feel with a dolphin pedestal. All patio furniture is new in a soft sea blue.

New windows and new patio doors keeps it cool and keeps the noise out.

Please make yourselves at home. We offer use of our four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, our 8' Tommy Bahama beach umbrella and our coolers for those lazy days relaxing on the beach. We have beach toys for the kids stored on the balcony as well.

Our building is well maintained with a large heated pool, shuffleboard courts, tiki bar, a barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Do it all or choose to kick back and relax.

We are confident that you will love our piece of paradise as much as we do!

The weather was Soso but we really enjoyed the stay, and only thing was I don’t recall when I originally read the description and booked that it said anything about we couldn’t use the balcony that was a little bummer but it didn’t keep us from enjoying the stay.

Had a few plumbing issues on day 1-owner and management were very responsive. Unit is pretty nice. Cleaning before our arrival left a little to be desired. Owner may want to look to a new cleaning service. We were surprised to find no trash bags or extra paper products… maybe this was disclosed, but we missed it. Never had a VRBO without trash bags and toliet paper provided. All and all a fine place and great location.

Beach Vacation
Water views from every window. Owners have everything you could possibly need..just unpack your bags and hit the beach. We even had access to their beach chairs and umbrella. Great restaurants all within walking distance. We will make this our annual beach vacation spot!

Great location, condo needs some work
Reviewing the property - 3 stars. Living room, kitchen etc all nice. Sleeping and showering, not so great. Beds weren't very good at all - less bed and more hard concave surface. In fact we had to go get a foam topper in order to sleep and even then it was managing slowly falling into the middle. The shower head in one bathroom didn't work at all, just dripped out. Also the tub was so crooked (like part of it was falling into the floor) it was easy to loose your balance while attempting to get water on your body. I hate to be critical, but this is all true. Hopefully the owner can fix these things, then it would be 5 star.

BROKEN ELEVATOR TOO MANY TIMES!!!
Although it wasn’t the fault of the condo owner. It WAS THE PROPERTY MANAGERS FAULT…the key was not in the location as promised for late checkin. The building ELEVATOR BROKE TWICE!! We were on the “6th” floor. I have a bad hip and knee!! Almost impossible if your handicapped to climb steps. No other way. We landed @ 6:00 pm and finally was able to get into our condo at 10:00 pm!!! This was our family trip and my husband also had to climb 6 flights, bags and all. I will say though…OUR CONDO was VERY WELL EQUIPPED and in communicating with the condo owner she did what she could do. But I feel the management OF the building should of done more but NO ONE is around nor do they answer the phone after 4:30. I THINK THE CONDO OWNERS SHOULD REALLY HAVE A POW WOW WITH THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT TRNDS TO THESE CONDOS. So many families stated they would never return also for same reasons.

Spring Break Trip
We are frequent visitors to the Gulf coast of Florida but this was our first time visiting Indian Shores. We will definitely be back! The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for the stay. We could have used some extra beach towels so we didn’t have to wash them so much but we made it work. The location is close to plenty of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. You are right on the beach and the condo has a beautiful view of both the intercoastal and the Gulf. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!! We look forward to visiting again soon

Beautiful beach.
It had a great view with everything that we needed. The condo itself is very outdated which is okay but the condo furnishings, paint, etc do not match the million dollar view. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Fortunately it did not affect us but this was definitely a senior community it was very sad to see people with walkers trying to make the stairs. The area is gorgeous, the condo had plenty of necessities and the view is amazing.

Perfect for those flying into the area!
This rental made our trip a breeze! If you are flying, this is the rental for you! We didn’t have to pack beach towels, buy chairs or an umbrella, and they also had beach toys/boogie boards/ pool floats we could use! It was so wonderful having all of that available! Room and building were great too, but the extras that we didn’t have to worry about packing or buying made our trip stress free!

Above our expectations
This has to be hands down the best vacation we have ever had. The condo was very nice. Having a fully stocked kitchen was so nice. Also having beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys provided for use was such a great perk. The lamps on the night stands in the master bedroom were pretty neat having the charging port built in them so that we could charge our phones alongside the bed while we slept. The condo had a very welcoming feel to it and we are already talking about trying to book it again for next October. The beach was clean, not crowded, and the water was so clear. We had made so many friends that were guest of the condominium also. I can’t even think of one negative thing about this place or anything that could have made it better. It was just an overall an excellent vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. It was great being able to walk straight to the beach from the property. The beach was very clean. Our unit had chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The chairs were very nice. The only downsides we had were: the water pressure in the master bathroom was very weak, the shower curtain in the second bathroom was to long and kept touching you, and lastly, there were no convenient outlets next to bed to charge your phone while you were sleeping. Otherwise the stay was great.

Great getaway with plenty to walk to
We stayed at the property for a long weekend getaway. The place was exactly as pictured - gorgeous and well stocked! Previous reviews mentioned broken beach chairs, which is accurate - there were 3 in good condition and 2 broken chairs, but certainly not a deal breaker! The view is fantastic on both sides, the pool was well kept, and the beach was absolutely phenomenal. We saw sting rays, swam with manatees, and watched dolphins jumping around right from the beach in front of the place. Plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance and a great candy shop with hard scoop ice cream that shouldn't be missed!

A diamond in the rough
This place has huge potential and I am giving it 5 stars for being so close to perfect. Everything that you would need is there, it just needs a little refreshing. The owner was very quick to resolve one small issue that we had with a TV. Some areas have been updated but several others will need attention soon. The building was quiet and not rowdy, which we like. The pool area is very nice.

Spring Break Success
We just wrapped up an enjoyable stay at Holiday Villas III. We visited for Spring Break and as the weather warmed up we extended our stay! The unit was as described and very comfortable for our family. While the unit was not as updated as some we have stayed in, it was conveniently located and had everything we needed. Some small fixes would make this an even better stay as the age just showed a bit on the furniture and accessories around the unit. Overall we would book again if back in the area!

Great condo on the ocean!
Overall impression- gorgeous view, perfect location on the ocean, good space and beds were comfortable. We've stayed in VRBOs a lot so we were a bit surprised that this is more of an independent stay... there are pots and pans and basic kitchen items, but anything over 1 roll of paper towel, 2 dishwasher packets, 2 garbage bags and the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is up to the renter. All fine, but we did not know this ahead of time. There are 2 beach umbrellas on the patio for the renters use, however they were both broken- the top of the umbrella had broken wires, and there were no poles to attach to the umbrellas even if they were working. This was a disappointment because apparently the beach lounge rentals can be rented ahead of time and they were all already rented. (we wouldn't have known this and didn't have the rental companies number even if we did) A working broom would also be helpful due to the fine sand that comes into the condo and on the patio. There was a broom, but it too, was sitting on the patio, broken. Aside from those little details that one would expect for a condo of this price, we loved the location and the view, and it worked out for a fun girl's trip!
