I did not end up staying at this hotel due to an employee telling me that I would be charged for my service animal. Rhonda told me that because my dog does not have a service animal vest on that she is not a service animal according to ADA. Which is completely wrong, all it takes is a quick search on ada.gov. My service animal performs a task for a disability and has been professionally trained to do so. We ended up at a hotel down the road that understands ADA requirements.

Getting worse
Its going down hill. Stayed here for years and its getting worse. Shower curtain rod broke, carpet in hallways gross, Closet wouldn't close unless hangers were off. No extra sitting in room.
