Lovely hotel, could do with more disabled parking -currently only one space.

Arrived slightly early, but could check in and staff we lovely. Said to put 2 nights on the car park and would only pay for 1, so we could enjoy stratford a little more in the morning. Breakfast was amazing, staff lovely. Mick greeted usas was so attentive. Pool ,steam room and jacuzzi all used twice. Staff we great in the leisure complex.

This is a lovely hotel with brilliant staff. It’s really handy for the tram, only a few steps away, so if you’ve arrived by train this is ideal. Out of the busiest bit of the city centre but easy to get to and handy for lots of eateries.

Excellent location to access the gas works area and the cultural centres of the city.

From check in to check out had a fabulous stay! The team were attentive and helpful, the room was stunning and was extremely quiet for a city centre hotel!

Stayed overnight for a concert at the BPpulse live arena, easy walk across to the venue, free car park at hotel. Stay all friendly and helpful, nice bar and the food was great too.
