Room 463 avoid
The hotel was clean but rooms are dated bathroom floor all lopsided in room 463 please be careful my partner fell as she got out shower and double room with two single beds pushed together and ended up between two mattresses in the night so really not worth the money we paid or what we where ment to recieved

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. First of all the rooms are extremely lacklustre. The walls are paper thin and the room freezing cold. There was a Christmas event on at the hotel which I wasn’t informed of. Therefore up until 4am I had to deal with constant screaming and slamming of doors. Despite several attempts from several rooms for these party goers to keep the noise down. I even tried ringing the reception with no answer from both hotel phone and my own mobile.

This hotel is not the Hilton, but it is not the Hilton price either. For the price of this hotel, it is clean, welcoming and you get a decent room with staff that are willing to help if yon need. Very good hotel, we stayed for 4 weeks with work and would happily stay again as my 1st choice.

It was a very cold day and when we arrived about 4pm there was no heat in our rooms. We were told the heating did not go on until 5pm. As it was so cold we asked for more blankets, which we were told would be brought to our rooms - but they never arrived. Breakfast was good for the price. We would stay here again but only in the summer when it might be warmer.
