Very nice the area immediatly around looks a little sketchy. But it actually very nice. Walk to five points (20 minutes) through a nice (I think middle class and working class) neigbohood, with a good fish and chips place walk to new station (12 minutes). On the other side of the train station victoria square museums etc. Near the O2 but I never heard it. Rooms are very basic, but the only thing I missed was an electric kettle, and free coffee in the lobby. Staff was great. Only problem my key card never worked at night? Not once.

If you want anything go to reception for it budget means basic but they do supply things at reception desk. Not even a kettle in the rooms so basics not good even the cheapest hotels we’ve stayed at have kettles in rooms. Other Than. That point it is what the name suggests the staff seemed friendly enough.

Position is okay, you are really close to the city center. So, from that point of view, i would say it’s perfect. On the other hand, there’s not a lot around and the area is not the best. Staff was kind, great point in favour. They should definitely change the keys mechanism because it doesn’t seem so sure since your room card stops working by the end of the day. Breakfast is fine :)
