This property needs to be renovated. It’s outdated. In the rooms the air conditioner doesn’t work good. The bed was too big for the bed frame and the sheets didn’t fit the bed. However, it was clean and the front desk guy was nice.

Property is old bed are hard and the room we had water in bathroom and kitchen was cold. Had to take a cold shower. I did try calling the front desk and no one answered. Also I didn’t notice till late at night that the comforter had a nasty stain. Breakfast was horrible. Who eats corn beef hush ? With no other meat options.

Location location
Great location, walking distance to Bahama Breeze. Rooms very dated, include kitchen and all amenities and full size appliances but run down. There was a guy harassing every woman outside the hotel and security did not want to address.

The pictures of the suites online were not accurate. The suite I got had outdated furniture and appliances from in the 90s. The first day of check in, the toilet was not working properly. It overflowed the next morning and maintenence had to be called in. They switched me to another room which again was old and outdated. I stayed for 1 whole week and no housekeeping came. The supervisor, I think her name was Meredith was not helpful and tried to deny my requests for everything including transportation and even my request to speak with a manager. She is also very deceitful and cunning.

The rooms were nasty. The bathroom floor stayed nasty because the dust from the vent kept blowing out. I had to get all my hands and knees and clean the floors because none of the floors were not mopped for sometime. You can see residues from Old spills.We couldn’t get any sleep because they something hanging on the hotel outside from the wind kept hitting up against the room wall. They need to deep clean badly. It’s just very filthy and I was very uncomfortable disappointed on my entire stay. I am a very clean person and the stay stressed me out!

I liked the property and the staff was so nice. The breakfast was very very basic. Not even a bagel included but there was toast and English muffin. I love the fact that there is a kitchen dishwasher and fridge in the room so I guess you could make your own food.
