This studio apartment is detached from the main home. At the back of the driveway is a door with stairs leading up to apartment above the garage. This space was custom built to be private and quiet, so guests can enjoy a peaceful nights rest. Guests staying have a dedicated parking spot next to the paved driveway, to the right of the front door. Do not block the garage for the main residence, or the drive leading up to the garage. Wifi is provided. Netflix is available on the smart TV. Next to the bed is Amazon Alexa, your voice controlled radio, alarm and assistant. If you want music simply say, "Alexa, play music". If you want an alarm set say, "Alexa, set alarm for....". Coffee is provided on your initial check in along with, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and dish soap.
Just a short walk away you can find 2 wine bars, a distillery, a speak easy cocktail bar, a diner, a brewery and several other top restaurants and bars. If beer is your thing, the Brew Bus picks up one block away!
Enjoy a meal on our bistro table in the garden area under the bamboo.
Guests have access to parking on the right side of the driveway, near the door of the apartment. Guests have access to the apartment above the garage via keyless entry. Please DO NOT block the garage, driveway, or make any attempt to access the main residence.

If you do not have a vehicle you can walk to many restaurants and bars nearby. For longer trips, Uber or city busses are readily available. Bring your bicycles, you are welcome to store them in the fenced area to the right of the guest house.
Please ensure the correct number of guests are registered to your reservation. No additional guests are permitted. 3 people maximum for this residence, additional guests are not permitted to "hang out". 2 vehicles max, 1 vehicle permitted in the driveway. No Parties or events.
The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. All Rules are strictly enforced clauses of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. See Airbnb Terms and Conditions 2.2 (Guest Terms). In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:
-No pets.
-No Smoking
-Maximum occupancy of 3 people.
-Quiet Time 10:00pm-7:00am per city ordinance
-2 vehicles max, no boats, RVs, or trailers
-Do not block or obstruct security cameras.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in the cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been canceled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been canceled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.
