Our stay at the BW Traverse City was so nice, exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 7pm, was greeted by a very friendly gal who offered us fresh cookies. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was updated and modern. Even though it was on a busy street, we did not hear street noise. It was a wonderful visit, would definitely recommend this for quality and value.

Good clean hotel. Hotel staff was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs an update though. Some minor repairs needed.

Overall a great stay! The hotel was cozy and clean, with plenty of amenities from complimentary champagne upon check-in, to board games and hot cocoa by the fire in their lounge. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The shuttle service to downtown was very convenient, as well. The only negative of our stay was that our shower never got hot. All of our showers throughout our 4-day stay were lukewarm at best.

Stayed during the winter and hotel was nice and quiet with very respectful staff. Room was cleaned well also.
