Tired hotel
This hotel is old and tired. There were many corners cut in the room when trying to modernize. The room was not the cleanest either. The room I had was so tiny, there was barely room to walk around the double bed. I paid the same price as my colleagues who had king beds in expansive rooms. When I called to book, I was told the special rate rooms were sold out so I didn't mention until check out about my dissatisfaction. I was then told I should've mentioned and they could've moved me; not helpful by then - they could've at least offered me the discount my colleagues had in much bigger rooms. Overall not thrilled, will not be back. I will say however, the food at breakfast and in our event was very good.

We got the junior suite and it's big. Room is a dated but it was fine with us. Free breakfast which is good. You will need to have your own vehicle to go around places or you can just get uber/lyft. its near Pearson airport and 25 minutes away from downtown Toronto. Staff were friendly.

The reception desk lady, maintenance man, and housekeeping were super friendly! They were very accommodating and kind. This hotel is located conveniently 5 mins from a large mall and new casino. The included breakfast (7-10am) was great. This hotel I feel like has so much potential but does not feel to be maintained properly, definitely in need of a mass update. Because it is in an industrial area, it would feel a bit warmer with some updates. Overall, a cheap, good place to sleep.

The evening customer service Rap was excellent but moring staff was rude. Due to attached wedding hall firework in the middle of night was terrible experience. Rooms are very small too. The cleaning of plates and cutlery was terrible.
