HORRIBLE!!!!!

HORRIBLE! Room was disgusting with mold. Light bulbs burnt out, linens need to be thrown away, shorter towels & worst of all TERRIBLE customer service! I was out if the room for long 16-18 days…so I called to have someone drop off some clean towels. The guy I spoke to said twice…”I’ll see what I can do”!!!! I told him what he could do was simply take towels (A FULL SET UNLIKE WHAT THE ROOM STARTED WITH!) to my room. NOTHING! Not a call back, no towels, etc. This is a totally unprofessional way to do business!!! So if asked what you could do, refunding at least HALF of the charges would be the bare minimum start. But whomever reads this (IF ALL ALL!) won’t care to make things right anyhow! As of now, you lost a customer that will tell everyone they know NOT to stat at you hotel…the Tulsa specific & any other!!!

Nice enough to sleep in.

It's a good place to sleep. The toilet had issues, it always seemed to be running, I tried to fix it to no avail. When I used it, it acted as if it was plugged up, didn't "flush" per se, but also didn't flood. There was no toilet paper holder. The beds were reminiscent of cots I've slept on at get-togethers. The tv was meh, the remote didn't power on/off the tv. There were no USB connections to easily charge your phone, something I have become used to seeing in hotels. I mean, there were plenty of things that weren't great about it, but it was clean, the bed was sleep able, and in the end, that's all I ever need in a hotel. Oh, and the full size fridge worked w/o issue.

DONT STAY! THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

For many years now, I frequently stay in hotels due to business. This one was BY FAR the absolute worst one I have ever stayed in. And I didnt even get a chance to walk into the room! I had booked a double queen a few mins prior to arriving. When i walked in to check in, the lady proceed to tell me that they didnt have any double queens available. I explained to her that wouldnt be a problem, i didnt mind downgrading to a single bed. She refused to put me in a room without ANOTHER payment. She made racial remarks and told me i was out of luck. I asked for a refund, she said it wasnt her problem to contact hotels.com. i have never in my life been treated this way by a business i was trying to do business with. Ever. Luckily the incredible team at hotels.com quickly refunded my money before i made it to the next hotel down the interstate. I will NEVER stay at this chain again. Ever.
