We stayed at Hotel Milam from April 9–13 to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was the perfect romantic escape. From the moment we walked into the breathtaking entrance, we were met with serene vibes and warm hospitality. A welcome drink was offered upon arrival, setting the tone for a peaceful and luxurious stay. I had pre-arranged one of their romantic packages, and my wife was surprised with a beautiful room setup, balloons, candles, and rose petals. The room itself was spotless, modern, and relaxing. We especially loved the private pool inside our room. It added so much comfort and privacy. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower. Bathing under the open sky felt peaceful and grounding, truly connecting us with nature. We also enjoyed a couples massage at Xunáan Spa, located right on the property. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had; deeply relaxing and incredibly thorough, with attention to every inch of the body. Every part of our stay felt intentional and soothing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. If you’re looking for a stylish, romantic getaway in Tulum, Hotel Milam is it. We’ll cherish this trip forever and can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel with great staff and customer service. So helpful for arranging taxis and also amazing breakfast included! Rooftop is awesome and great room and shower too!! Would come back again!

This resort is truly a hidden gem, offering stunning views of lush jungle landscapes and shimmering pools. With a wide variety of pools and dining options, we indulged in a new culinary experience every day of our week-long stay—never repeating a meal! Each dish was absolutely delicious, the shows were spectacular, and the staff exceeded expectations with their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness to every detail. My time at this secret retreat was nothing short of exceptional.

Hilton Resort is an amazing place for families to stay at. They have pently of different food options. If you have any children under the age of 12, they have a kiss club where they do different activities throughout the day. All the staff were amazing and very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back next year.
