Compare Hotels with Parking in Universal City

Property itself was great. Did exactly what it needed too. Area around the hotel isnt the greatest. No morning dining options on the universal walk. No target or convenience shops around the area unfortunately.

Very friendly staff. Very convenient to stay here and walk to Universal. Easy 5 min walk. Food is the hotel restaurant was delicious! Very clean. The room was very spacious.

In the center of everything. Great for family trip.

They listed the property as directly adjacent to Universal Studios...that was not true. It is about 15-20 minutes away. Good amenities and clean house. Photos of property is accurate....only a couple issues that we ran into. The thermometer (Nest) was not allowing me to change temp of house so we had to use space heaters. The breaker kept flipping and lights went out. Was a hassle to repeatedly go outside to box to put lights back on. Also they charged me for a comforter that they claimed had oil stains on it. For this price I might have stayed in hotel instead.

The location of this property is perfect, whole foods and Starbucks within walking distance, a shopping mall, and restaurants. The property is also a perfect location for all the tourists attractions. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a family. We can’t recommend this place enough, and Ella was the perfect host.
