There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Centrally located to restaurants and the aquarium. If you want to be near LA's attractions but not have to stay actually in LA, this is recommended

The room was very nice, the area was clean and the staff were nice in accommodating early check in, nearly 2 hours before. Hotel pool and bar was good vibes as well! Highly recommend.

Perfectly located for attractions.

We stayed in a deluxe king room on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Nice room, comfortable, but definitely needed ear plugs to sleep over the sound of the air condensers outside the building . We really appreciated the hotel location and convenience of the parking and closeness to attractions. A really good option for a quick getaway!

Flight was delayed. Arrived at 10:20pm. After checking us in I was informed the elevators were out. Had to go up 6 flights of stairs. I had me knee replaced and am on disability. At the time of check in there were no other options.

Close to so many activities. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was great-heated just right and good sized. We did the swan peddle boats at night time. What a kick! Really good restaurants very close so walkable. We stayed here before a cruise and the stay here was even better than the cruise!

Our room AC was broken and they could not repair . They had trouble relocating us and wanting to downgrade our room. They ended up moving us at 1am and we were traveling with an entire family. It took several calls to make the room change. They did not comp or give us any discount at all also
